Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping all across New Zealand.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

We use NZ Post so orders are not picked up or shipped out during the weekend.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping times are below;

All of New Zealand: Same day delivery or delivered by 6pm next working day.

If you live in a rural area, please allow up to 2 extra working days for delivery.

During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We are working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. If the address you enter is incorrect or not a valid address, it is likely that your order will be returned to us by NZ Post. If this is the case then you are responsible for covering the cost of any resend fees.

In the event that your package is lost by NZ Post, we will provide you with a full refund.
