Refund policy

We have a 50-day return policy, which means you have 50 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we cover the cost of shipping your order to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot refund or return items that have been opened or used. We are also unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as individual responses to cosmetic products can vary from person to person.

We are unable to refund or accept returns for individual items from a bundle. To be eligible for a refund or return, the entire bundle, including all original items, must be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased with gift cards.

EXCHANGES 

You must contact our team about an exchange first and then we will let you know the next steps. Any items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted. If your exchange is accepted please leave a note in the return with your name and what item you are exchanging for.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
